Training for teachers and students wishing to deepen their understanding of asana
In these two weekends, you will learn the most important principles and ethics of hands on assisting. We’ll explore how you can assist the classic asanas of each group (standing asanas, forward-bends, hip-openers, twists, back-bends, inversions) so that you have a blueprint for assisting most of them. You will also learn how to assist a flow and shavasana.
Preparation:
It is recommended to get the book Yoga Assists by Sharon Gannon & David Life
